An estranged and restless teenager steals a gun and decides to bail out of his compulsory military service. Instead he goes on an anarchic trip through Denmark and Sweden. He refuses to (pretend to) participate whole-heartedly in anything, so he ends up annoying everyone he meets.
The movie isn’t anything spectacular; it is simply good old-fashioned pubertarian misanthropy within a chaotic world accompanied by a very enjoyable soundtrack.
