Alice (Helena Ramos) is a middle aged widow who did not feel fulfilled with her husband. She decides to exile herself in her country home to reflect on her troubles. To compensate for the past frustrations, she decides to try new sexual experiences. She rejoins Jumbo, her beloved horse, for which she has strange feelings. Ignoring Luiz Carlos’ (Carlos Casan) declarations of love, Alice starts a relationship with Marta (Petty Pesce), a college student.
