The film tells the behind-the-scenes story of the making of an erotic version of the legend of Cleopatra.
This is the third film in the Joy series, although it has little to do with the other 2.
Its all softcore in an Ancient Egypt style, as Joy the character is doing adult films in Egypt style.
That is pretty much the whole plot.
