The film tells the story of the world-famous Viennese whore Josefine Mutzenbacher. It starts with Count Bobby, who always lives out his sex drive without restraint. Now, however, the plan is to get married in order to finally produce a heir for the noble family. Count Bobby doesn’t like that at all and he pretends to be “upside down”. The family then sends him to a very “special kind” of treatment, to the well-known Viennese whore Josefine Mutzenbacher, which Count Bobby is all the more enthusiastic about, as it entails a wealth of hot sex experiences.
